澳门特别行政区政府总部位于澳门南湾大马路，正门面向南湾湖，由三座建筑物及花园组成，为一幢二层典型的葡萄牙式建筑。在府内墙上曾装饰有19世纪中叶后历任澳督肖像，但画像已于1999年葡萄牙当局撤走的时候秘密运返葡萄牙，现在只留下画像的仿制品。总部的前座主要供行政长官及各司长会客和举行其他活动之用，地下设有行政会会议室、多功能会议厅、莲花厅及记者室等。二楼设有行政长官办公室、行政会秘书处及会客和设宴用的绿、黄、蓝厅。
